UPDATE: Audit Frequency Calculation
June 1st, 2009 - December 31st, 2011
-
-
Attention ABAA Accredited Contractors!
Effective June 1, 2009 the number of site audits required on an ABAA project will be calculated based on the SQUARE FOOTAGE of the Air Barrier Contract (i.e. the total square footage of the air barrier material that is being installed.)
This replaces the previous calculation that was based on the total Air Barrier Contract Dollar value.
The cost per audit remains the same: $1,500 per audit.
Please note that the ABAA offices requires a notice of 15 working days in order to schedule audits. Failure to do so will result in the Contractor being charged the full cost (exceeds $1,500) of the audit.
Please click on the link below for the updated Audit Frequency table.
