Being an Accredited Contractor of ABAA, these ones are recognized as elite members of the building enclosure industry. The term "contractors" consists of air barrier contractors, SPF contractors and general contractors.

Manufacturers
Air Barrier Manufacturers is a corporation which manufactures air barrier materials, components and / or assemblies. Manufacturers consist of Supplier Manufacturers, Component Suppliers, and Distributors. Accredited manufacturers are included in the ABAA specifications with approved products which results in an increase in sales and greater market exposure, along with the ability to play on a level playing field with other manufacturers.
