American Schools & University Webinar: Save Energy, Keep Water Out – Critical Performance of your wall assembly
April 11 @ 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT
About 75 % of building defect claims are a result of poor workmanship that lets water into your building. More than a billion dollars are spent each year to fix these problems, which could have been avoided with care and thought in the original design and construction of your building.
Join us to learn how having an industry-recognized quality assurance program for air and water resistive barriers and an enclosure quality program can provide you, the owner, a durable, sustainable building facade.
Learn how building airtightness and critical moisture management go hand-in-hand and how to ensure that it is done right in your building. This material must be installed properly to maximize energy savings, and keep water out! Consider it a small investment with a short-term payback and on-going ROI for the life of the wall.
