It is very common with new construction to require project-specific shop drawings. Designers and consultants have recognized that this is critical to mitigating building enclosure performance issues. Producing project-specific shop drawings is often problematic for air barrier installers. There are many issues with why project-specific shop drawings are difficult to create; no resources to produce shop drawings, limited technical knowledge of adjoining enclosure systems, design clarity issues, insurance liability limitations, etc.

This webinar will focus on the importance of shop drawings, the challenges with project-specific details, and solutions to resolve technical issues and risk. A panel of experts has been assembled to discuss the following topics and answer questions from the attendees.
